The Engagement Session Plan & Why You Need a Professional Photographer

After Haley inquired on Amy's page, they exchanged some texts to get to know each other. Then, the next step was to hop on an online video meeting to get to know each other further and plan the details. Haley, when she talked about outfits, discussed how she often wears dark colors. Amy gave some outfit guidance and recommended that Haley & Carlos both choose an outfit they feel comfortable in - but also ideally lighter colors - to coordinate with the tropical feel of their selected location. She also recommended comfortable & cute footwear - you don't want to be sinking into the Florida grass with heels!

Haley also expressed some insecurity with her weight and arms. Amy ensured her that she would do everything she could to make her feel and see her beauty at the shoot! There are many ways to guide couples into poses that make them feel and look confident together!

Then Came Time for the Shoot

Amy will send you reminder texts when the shoot gets close to confirm timing and the location you will meet - often also providing parking recommendations! During the shoot, you guys will feel like you are on a fun date night - she provides prompts to get you talking and laughing about how you met - your future plans - and so on!
