Fun fact - all of these affordable Central Florida wedding venues have their pricing listed on their website! No digging and inquiring and spending precious time not even knowing if they are in your budget! This list is not in exact order of price, but rather in order of vibe, because they are all pretty similarly priced - except for the venue at the end - so cheap while still having amazing vibes - check it out!
During prime wedding season, according to the helpful brochure on the website, this location has the following pricing for a standard 12-hour day:
Fridays & Sundays: $3,550
Saturdays: $4,150
This location has many gorgeous outdoor spots, and can host up to 200 guests!
During December & February, the pricing drops at this location to the prices listed below:
Fridays & Sundays: $4,000
Saturdays: $5,000
During normal season, add $1,000 to those prices.
At this location you have the gorgeous, rustic country feel while also not being too far of a drive away from town! It is on the smaller end, only holding up to 80 guests. The photo spots at this venue are almost endless, with its gorgeous outdoor ceremony location and fountain outside as well! When I shot a wedding there, the couple got in a kayak and paddled on the pond!
This location does offer only a 5 hour package max, but it is also pretty affordable for Orlando! The rotunda & grand gallery can be rented out for:

This location, in the heart of central Florida, has a lot to offer a couple who is going for the modern, more formal vibe. There are many gorgeous displays that stand as photography backdrops - without having to spend a penny on your own decor!
This location is a little on the higher-end of affordable, but still counts because it comes with a gorgeous, large venue, lots of outdoor space and indoor space! It also includes getting ready rooms for guys and gals!

This location, with a stunning lake view is ideal for the couple who wants gorgeous outdoor photos, but also a lovely indoor backup spot for their ceremony in case of Florida rain!
Standard Wedding & Reception Mon-Thurs: $2,750

The most affordable venue I could find in Central Florida (on a weekday but still, finding one that even enters $2,000 range is crazy!) - while still being gorgeous - is Leu Gardens! The grounds, of course, will not be entirely private because it is a botanical garden open to the public - BUT the spots you reserve will be, and the gardens are never very overcrowded! The cost of this venue is awesome, especially if you need a budget-friendly wedding while still having a gorgeous location & stunning photos! I'm photographing a wedding here in April & I can't wait!
