If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a replacement video book, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be shipped and returned in original condition.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (unless damaged in shipping)
To start a return, please complete the following steps:

EMAIL: Details of the product you are returning and why
I will reply to this email with a shipping address and a prepaid shipping label if I request a physical return of product. OR I will credit your refund immediately if no physical return of product is requested.
Refund will be processed within 30 days of request, as long as policy & requests are followed by customer.
