To reserve the date and complete booking a 50% deposit is due. This deposit is non-refundable.

If 100% of the wedding video contract is paid for and due to circumstances out of the control of the bride & groom, the wedding is canceled prior to ten days before the date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. 

The videographer takes the utmost care in the services provided, and if unforeseen circumstances arise (illness or another emergency) that prevents the videographer from being able to provide services, efforts will be taken to pursue a replacement option, but if all efforts fail, client will not hold the videographer liable. 50% refund will be provided in the event the wedding has been 100% paid for.
